I took my car to Aarrow, requesting an intake manifold gasket replacement & a new radiator. Dean & Dave pressure tested my cooling system, and when the radiator blew up, they replaced it and pressure tested it again. There was no leak in the Intake manifold gasket, and they called me to let me know. I picked my car up the next morning. Immediately, I noticed that a loose panel on the inside driver's door had been glued tight. Furthermore, I checked under the hood and they had replaced a loose/broken battery terminal clamp at no charge. Thanks guys!

These guys are an incredible value and as honest as the day is long. They were recommended to me by a neighbor of theirs (friend of mine), and I've recommended them to others. They've kept Clifford our Big Red Jeep ('89 Cherokee) running far longer than any other car we've had before we started doing business with them.

I have used Aarrow several times and they have always been honest and up front. The first time I used them, I went to them for a second opinion on an exhaust system leak that another shop had estimated over $200. Aarrow found the leak and replaced a small section of pipe for $45. It has been working fine ever since.

It is a relief to find a mechanic in your area whom you can trust unconditionally. Dean and Dave have developed that kind of trust from us. There is never a concern that they are suggesting work we don't need, as a matter of fact on several occasions, they have talked us out of doing a repair. For example, I once took one of our cars for brake replacement. After their diagnosis, they suggested a simple adjustment and cleaning to the brakes informing us we had a few thousand miles left on the brakes. With the exception of our car still under manufacturer's warranty, we go nowhere else. Many of our friends have begun to use them after our referral. Work is always done right, the price is fair, and done in a timely manner.

I have been to ARROW a half dozen times in the last 5-6 years mostly for problems on my 13 year old Dodge minivan. It is still running and is safe. They are reliable and do it right at a fair price. I am lucky they are nearby when I "mess up" a do-it-yourself repair as well, or encounter one of the many things I know I don't understand

A little over a year ago, I had a leak in my radiator. The dealer told me that the leak was not repairable and gave me an outrageous price for a new one. That's when I got several quotes around town, but I went with Arrow, because they specialize in radiators, from a friend's recommendation, and the value. I dropped off my car at 8am and picked it up before noon. My new Arrow radiator cost less than half of what the Jeep dealership wanted to charge me! Over a year later, it remains leak free and is working great. I would trust these guys to work on my car again.

We have been taking our cars to my 'Car Talk' guys, Dave and Dean for more than 25 years - the first time when I needed a radiator for a 1983 Toyota Celica. It was so nice to find a mechanic in the area whom we could trust and happy to find out that they do all kinds of mechanical work - not just radioators! There is never a concern that they are suggesting work we don't need. Some of our friends have begun to use them after our referral. Work is always done right, the price is fair, and done in a timely manner.

Dave & Dean have come through for us again. Just had to replace our Camry with a 2000 Infiniti. I took it in to have them check it out. The only problem detected was CV axle boots/joints. Their cost was $300 to $1,000 less than some dealer estimates. Needless to say, I'm having them do the repair work. Gotta love my guys! They've been my go-to folks for more than 25 years now.
