This garage in general and Mr. Dale Drellishak in particular always do a good and thorough repair job. The shop is one of those rare shops that will tailor the repair job to the customer's wallet. They give the customer a choice of the absolute minimum service required to get the vehicle back on the road or fixing everything that's wrong and that appears to be ready to go wrong . I have never had them try to sell me anything I didn't really need. I don't think any of the mechanics in this shop own boats. They will answer questions for do-it-yourselfers despite the fact that they are extremely busy. At one time they would even pick up and drop off vehicles for service for their older customers, but I don't know if they still do that. Their prices are very reasonable and they treat every customer fairly.

I've been going to this shop for over 15 years. They have worked on all our cars, from Hondas to GMs, to Fords. They are a family owned business and very honest. They never do work that doesn't need to be done, but always give you a heads up about what may be in need of repair soon. As a woman I have never felt taken advantage of and recommend them to anyone in the area.

It's great to find a shop who remembers their customers. Price quoted in usually the cost. New brakes far less than what the dealership wanted (and they don't squeek, the brakes that is). Always busy so appointments are a good thing. There is an early bird drop.

I have always found Drellishak's to be a honest, fair and professional repair shop. We are treated with respect and always feel like a valued customer not an inconvenience.

Great to have a reliable honest shop in my home area. They have always been courteous and up front with prices and repairs. I would (and do) recommend them to family and friends.

I have been having my cars serviced by Drellishaks for over 25 years. I recently moved to Washington DC and now realize that the incredible service I received there is unfortunately not the norm. I now try and work in my car maintenance in with my infrequent trips back to Ohio. Drellishak's is the best!

I started going to this shop about 10 years ago because several of my co-workers took their cars there and recommended it. I have been very pleased with the work they do. I don't really know how their prices stack up against other shops. That is because I never felt the need to visit another shop. They have fixed my Nissan Sentra, my Toyota Camry, and my Ford Taurus. I think they are honest and they certainly know their stuff.

I heard about Drellishak from a parishioner (yea, I preach for a living) but hesitated to go there because their lot was always overflowing with cars and I figured I'd never get in. Came the day when I found myself having to pump the brake pedal on the old junker to get it to stop. Took it to the rip-off artist around the corner (I wasn't wise to his ways at the time) and just about keeled over then he handed me a $1200 estimate. I'll get a second opinion, I said, and headed finally to Drellishak--who got me right in and promptly fixed the problem for $150. He's had my business ever since, not just the junker but my Saab as well. Two years ago my daughter moved to Chicago. She continues to wait with the big repairs on her Honda until she can get back to Cleveland and take it in to the one mechanic she's willing to trust to give her the straight scoop, the best price, and happy results.
