THE OWNER, ROGER, IS VERY ACCOMADATING ALTHOUGH SLOW ON BILLING OF REPEAT, HONEST CUSTOMERS. WHEN "TRYING" TO PAY A BILL, HIS OFTEN HEARD REPLY IS: "I HAVEN'T PUT A PEN TO THAT YET". WE(MY WIFE AND I) HAVE GOTTEN IN THE HABIT OF PADDING OUR PAYMENTS WITH A LITTLE EXTRA $$ IN HOPES OF ONE DAY SETTLING UP. ROGER IS A GREAT GUY, BUT HARD TO PIN DOWN AT TIMES. WE LOVE HIM!

OWNER: ROGER BIEN (PRONOUNCED "BEAN") HAS DEGREE IN SOMETHING TO DO WITH ENGINEERING; EXPIERENCE WITH BIG OIL COMPANIES; KNOWS MAJORITY OF VEHICLES AND THEIR SPECS ON FIRST SIGHT AS WELL AS KNOW ASSOCIATED QUIRKS. ECCENTRIC AND DANGEROUSLY QUICK WIT. TREATS ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME AND HE HAS A VARIETY OF THEM. WE CALL HIS SHOP, "ROGER'S LITTLE U.N. DUE TO THE MANY ETHNICITIES THAT PATRONIZE HIS BUSSINESS. HAS A SMALL BUT VERY CAPABLE CREW OF 5 DEDICATED AND LOYAL EMPLOYEES. STAYS SO BUSY, IT'S ROUTINE FOR CUSTOMERS TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONES, PROVIDING FREE SECRETARIAL DUTIES. HE LOVES AND RESPECTS YOU TWO GUYS. IF ONE IS A TRUSTWORTHY AND LOYAL CUSTOMER, HE'LL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOU, ALTHOUGH IT WAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS OR WEEKS TO GET THE FINAL BILL! WORKS ON ALL MAKES AND MODELS, ALTHOUGH HE LOVES TOYOTA CAMRYS AND HAS A DECENT COLLECTION OF 3RD GENERATION CAMRY'S (1992-1996). MY WIFE INTRODUCED ME TO HIM WHEN WE WERE MARRIED AND HE'S BEEN MY FAVORITE AND ONLY MECHANIC FOR 10 YEARS.
