I have had all 4 of my cars in this shop and in 25 yrs., I only had to take one back one time. When I picked up the car they told me that I might have to bring it back, and what might be wrong. That's a good record in my book. 1 time in 25 years.

They have done work for me 3 times, and Mick Sloan is very honest and upfront about needed repairs. They have replaced a fuel pump for me, and other than that they have replaced the battery, put tires on for me and answered any questions I had. Like I know that a couple or 3 years ago they flushed and filled the radiator, and when I asked before last winter whether it needed to be done yet, Mick checked it for me, and told me no, but next winter (this year) I would need to change it out. I feel pretty comfortable around him or his employees as a woman and a widow who has never had to deal with this kind of thing before 4 years ago when my husband died. Fuel pump seemed pricey, but I had no 2nd opinion, and don't know, really.
