I went to a well known national tire company car repair shop for alignments and don't you know each time I needed some expensive part for the front end. One particular time when they said I had a bad ball joint, I finally went to Beeline and they put my car up on the rack for three hours, could find nothing wrong with the supposed problem ball joint and charged me $10!!. I had them do a front end alignment to assuage my guilt. They do the job right the first time and only fix whatever is wrong. I recommend them to everyone who needs their type of work done on their car.

My Grandfather, who has passed now, took his company's fleet of cars here when they needed alignment. My father had his tires changed at another location and for $15 more they offered an alignment... but when they went to do the alignment there were $200 more of repairs. My grandfather suggested to my father to go to Bee Line. They aligned it (at the time $25 now its $49) and found to be no other problems. My father requested to speak with the mechanic, the mechanic was very honest but NEVER TALKED BAD ABOUT THE OTHER COMPANY.... he explained that there was nothing wrong with the shoes and all the other problems the "other" location stated and even showed my father. 15+ years later that mechanic now runs the shop and still runs Bee Line with the same reliability and integrity. I used Bee Line when I was a teenager and now a woman living 20 or more miles away, I use Bee Line. I Strongly suggest going the distance (its near Greenlawn Ave) to have your brakes done and car aligned.

I've been here only once, but it was a good experience. I was apprehensive about going to a shop I'd never been to before because of so many unhappy experiences at other shops over the years around the country. The place was clean, the people were clean and friendly and relaxed but professional. While waiting in the nice waiting room (with windows) I talked to other customers who were repeat customers and they had good things to say about the place. My alignment took about an hour, there were no surprises, no up-selling, it cost what they said it would cost ($58). The service manager advised me that he thought one of my tires might be starting to separate, and he seemed to be confident based on lots of experience, so I got the new tire at a different store and now my old car feels like new. When I was buying the tire at a different store I mentioned my good experience to the service manager at the tire place, and he said yes, he knows Bee Line well and has been recommending them for many years. This is a shop I would be confident and secure in going to again, and I recommend them.

Bee Line does NOT DO COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENTS. I took my car there and after the alignment, something felt wrong so I took it to another business the same day that offered a free alignment check and found that almost everything was set wrong. They use measuring rods at Bee Line, not computerized alignment machines. Save yourself some grief and take your car elsewhere.

I went in for an alignment, they found a broken motor mount, I agreed to have it repaired. After leaving I continued to have the problem I went in the shop for. There was a shimmy or looseness on the steering wheel, I am a female and not explaining the problem well. I took the car back and was told the repairs were good and I should take car to a dealership to put car on machine. I did this and was told the motor mount part installed was not a after marker part and is not the correct part needed for the 2008 Buick. The dealership installed the correct part and this fixed the shimmery in the steering wheel. I returned to Bee line with the after market part they installed and asked for my money back for part and labor. They agreed the wrong part was used after calling their parts dealer. They returned the cost of the part ,but not the labor. I believe they should have at least given me back 50 per cent of the labor as this was not my fault, entirely theirs. If you make a mistake, don't make me pay over $100.00 for labor that was your fault!!!
