I own a 95 BMW M3 with almost 100K miles and the Just BMW guys have always been very helpful and honest with all the repairs. They always explain me what they are doing to the car and give me options (eg expensive top quality parts vs good quality parts). While BMW parts and repairs are expensive by definition, Just BMW offers very competitive and reasonable prices. For example I just has the Inspection II done to my car (major 30K miles service) and I spent $575 which also included synthetic oil and new brake fluid. (For reference, the inspection itself would have cost me ~$1000 at the BMW dealer plus any other problems they would have found...) I have been so please that I have recommended them to a couple close friends who have also been very pleased to find them. Very Highly Recommeded

John Gadbury (owner, chief mechanic) and John Zaffel (service manager) always have a great sense of humor, which really helps when you have a big repair bill. They are also very realistic about what is worth doing. John Gadbury has a true passion for Bimmers, and every time I bring my cars in, I know he will treat it as if it were his own. I recently had a major repair job, and not only did my car come back working like new, it had a wax and buff job (at no charge).

I had a Z3 convertible that got flooded in a heavy rain. The sensors and wiring under the right hand rug had to be replaced. They charged me $2000 more than the estimate for an incomplete repair: the passenger side airbag sensor does not work, some of the panel lights do not work, the clock does not work, the traction control sensor does not work.
