I went to Chuck in april for a tune on my corvette. I chose corvettes of westchester because of all the advertisements he does on corvette forum about his cow booster and engine/trans tune, and the fact that "all reasonable amount of retunes are free" On the day of the tune all went well, and things were good. Before leaving we were discussing future things i was going to do on the corvette and i told him i was going to add a corsa exhaust and a cold air intake. He said if I wanted they can do the CAI because many people screw it up and they can do it. I said ok and was on my way. NEVER did he one say if he does not do the work the free retunes are VOID. Five months later, I put my exhaust and CAI on (myself) and gave chuck a call for the retune. Spoke to him a week ago, he said friday was no good, maybe saturday. I said saturday was no good, how's next friday. He said sounds good, just call on wed to confirm. Well, today is wednesday and when i call to verify he has his worker tell me friday is fine, but you know there is going to be a charge for the retune. I asked why, when every time we spoke there was no mention of this. He said he didn't do the work and since I didn't give him more business there are no free retunes. He's a liar and a cheat and there have been many bad reviews of him and his business practices if you just google his name "chuck cow" or corvettes of westchester. Be aware of swindlers like this.
