These people are VERY good. The shop is clean. I don't know about their mechanic certifications or warrentys on work. I think it is 4 months, but I use a public computer, so I can not check my records. Sometimes if I have a question they will walk me back to the car and show me what is the problem while the car is on the lift. They seem to have complte confidence in their mechanics and their equipment. The original sales building is ther with those neat extra wide showroom doors with well worn brass handles. They don't even mind the pluriflura(sp?)...lots of left wing bumber stickers that obscure the entire rear of my car.

I'd say that if you are getting warrantee repair work done go to these guys. After owning 3 Subarus and turning them in before they hit 100K I've had to keep my last Subaru going past 170K and was hoping they would give me the same quality service as I'd always enjoyed with my newer Subaru's. The driver side window broke and it wasn't worth it to spend the $300 + for new motor and gears so I asked them to rig it closed. Its slipped down and I brought it in for a more permanent solution. They charged me full rate to do basically the same thing jamming a wood block to keep the window up and it slipped down again. When I emailed them about it, no response so I called and asked for a refund so I could take it to a body shop that would do the work they blamed me for not asking to buy a new motor and took no responsibility. They've lost my business and I thought you all should be forewarned as well.
