You'll pay a premium but get every penny's worth. Willy gave me great info over the phone to try and solve a fuel starvation problem in my deisel volks. When I finally gave up and towed it over, he took me right away, even though his shop was packed to the gills with wide Merc and Bimmer sedans from the local swells (in for their oil changes no doubt.) One hour later his crew had discovered a clogged fuel line (Doeh!) It cost me $80, but I am certain Willy's efficiency extends to his billing practices. Anyway what do you expect in America's wealthiest

When I finally gave up and towed it there, he took me right away, even though the shop was wall to wall widebody Mercs and Bimmers from the local swells (in for oil changes no doubt.) Less than an hour later, Willy's crew had found a clogged fuel line (Doeh!) It cost me $80 but I'm certain Willy's billing is as straightforward as his service. Anyway, what did I expect in America's wealthiest

Not what it used to be - owner retired, basically. $110/hour labor rates. Create problems during service work that didn't exist before, then can't fix them even after four visits back. Time to go elsewhere.
