If you're cute, or if Jim takes a shine to you, he often does work at a low. low price. Hide your wedding ring!

Jim is the best. this is like an old fashion garage. the price is right. Jim is a wonderful person with people of all ages, backgrounds and everything else. He is like a counselor as he listens to people talk about their lives, problems and what is happening to them. he takes the time for everyone. They do a good job and he takes the time to explain what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Also, he has a beagle that has the run of the garage. it will even climb in your car if you keep the door open long enough.

Jim Ertel runs one of the most competent and reasonably-priced repair shops in the world. For regulars, this guy will send a tow truck to wherever your car is, repair it, and send a driver to pick you up when it's done. Jim always greets his customers with a smile and honest appraisal. He's truly a gentleman whose Mama raised him right.

I have been bringing my cars to Jim for well over 20 years. There has yet to be a problem he couldn't fix. The work is always done well, quickly, and with a big dose of Jim's friendliness and caring for his customers. The charges are always more than fair. Two quick anecdotes; when I was single and dependent on my car, it broke down on the afternoon of Thanksgiving eve. Jim worked on it immediately and left it in my driveway by the next morning so I wouldn't miss the holiday with my family (of course, this meant trusting me to pay him the next day when his shop was open). More recently, I hit another car in his parking lot when I was moving my own, and I was beside myself. He took my problem on and made it his, taking care of contacting the owner of the other car and handling all the repairs. I won't forget how graciously he took care of this!

I have been going to Jim for more than a decade and he is the best. Thorough, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and funny. He has cool dogs, too! Jim is a longstanding part of the local community and his business is huge asset to it.
