I've never been to an independent mechanic before for our two cars. I've always gone to the dealer but after messing up the cars a couple of times, I knew I had to look for service somewhere else. After asking around, someone recommended this service station located at a Shell gas station. In the past, I stay away from gas station mechanics, thinking they are always up to no good. Yes, I'm sorry I was like that which I shouldn't so we some suspicion, I tried it. I spoke to the owner Mark and through our conversation, I have this feeling that he is friendly and can be trusted. The first work he did was delayed a bit due to the wrong part being sent to him but he explained everything and work was done before I know it. The cost in my opinion is very reasonable and cheap compared to bigger shops. If he can't do it, he tells it to you straight although I have never experienced that. Bottom line, I'l continue to be his customer and report back my experiences here.
