You can't do better than this repair place in this area. They were recommended by a teacher (lady) who had worked in that area. She raved about how competent and how well they treat all of their customers. She was 100% right. The location of this repair place is tucked away unless you know the area. all it takes is mapquest or asking them how to get there as it's in a neighborhood area of Cohoes. I can't speak about public transportation in that area because I don't ever ride the bus unless I'm going to downtowan Albany. I don't think they do loaner cars, but I never asked them, either; however, I can't ever fault a repair place other than a dealer for not having a loaner car. I never asked them for a ride or a drop-off either because I have friends that can do that for me.

I have been going to this shop for about 5 years now, and it is one of the best shops I have ever used. They are honest, do good work, and give a fair price. They don't do real big jobs, but anything else and they do great work. I think you can tell a lot about a shop by how many cars in parking lot (always full and not the same cars) and how long you might have to wait to get an appointment for the little things (about 3 or 4 days). I love this shop and recommend them to all my friends.

I've had my car here twice. In both cases, it was back faster than I expected, and cost less than I expected. They're perfectly nice, seem very on top of things, and I'm always in and out in just a few minutes.
