My daughter needed to get her car inspected. She temporarily lives in CT and the car is registered in NY. I called Redline and they made an appointment that was convenient for her. When she got there the computer that needed to be used to do the inspection was down so they arranged for another garage nearby to get the job done right away. They really went out of their way to help her and satisfy me as a customer. Therefore I am taking the time to recommend them highly.

An educated and caring mechanic as dedicated to customer satisfaction as to German cars. Having bought a 5 year old Audi from a dealer, we initially had it serviced by the VW-Audi dealer network. Disappointed with the lack of care, a friend alerted us to Redline Cars. This will come as no surprise to his loyal customers, but on one rainy night he dropped everything to come and rescue my wife who got stranded with a dead battery at the drop of a hat. Our only regret is that we did not switch earlier. We have never looked back and recommend RLC highly. Go Alan go !
