Chuck has been my friends mechanic and kept a really old/bad Ciera alive for minimal cost with minimal inconvenience. When I brought my Oldsmobile to buffalo and had him work on it he made miraculous changes at costs of 10-100 dollars. He once changed one sparkplug because that was all it needed. Now that i have my Volvo 240 and came back to buffalo, I called him when I sprung a gas leak in a high pressure line. (he recently got a Volvo 740) He diagnosed, got parts (w/metal tubing couplings and a new piece of line and fixed the car for around 90bucks in an afternoon. He is extremely fair, very informative and does everything by himself.

Just had him install rear shocks--1/2 the dealers cost! My first mechanic with my 1962 Corvair til now- Mazda5 2008. and 8 cars in between. 45 yrs. w/Chuck and now his son does some of my work. Always refer him to my son and daughter and anyone else who needs a mechanic. He's particularly good at older cars. (Uses old school techniques)
