I took my car to Bison Automotive on a recomendation from a friend. Ilive in Amherst and was visiting in Buffalo when I discoverd my car wouldn't start. When I called Bob at Bison he sent a truck right over I didn't have to wait. They took care of me quickly and profesinally . I have since used Bison Automotive for all my needs, from there detail shop to complete diagnostic services. In my opinion Bob and his brother Bill and staff are the best and would recomend them to anyone.

Bob and the guys are always great. They fix my cars right the first time and they never leave grease on the steering wheel. I would recomend them to anyone.

Bob is very friendly. From the very beginning you can tell he's a remember-your-first-name kind of guy. His business is family run, and he seems to genuinely care about the quality of the work he does. He was willing to explain the options for a particular service when asked if options were available. We had brake work done through him, and although we could find less expensive parts than the ones he suggested for our repair, he gave a friendly, detailed explanation of why he wanted to use the more expensive part when we requested him to.

Absolutely terrible. They charged my fiancee over $90 for an oil change. I can't stand shops that try to take advantage of women like this. What is worse though is that when I called them on the phone to confront them about it I was sworn at and hung up on. I would push my car 20 miles down the road just to avoid going to this shop again.
