Joey is the owner and one of the more competant mechanics I have ever used. In the rare case when he does not fix something on the first time, he goes out of his way to make sure that things work properly.

I was referred to Joe by a friend from Joe Autoglass who mentioned that Joe is the best. While doing an estimate on my car that needed quite a few repairs after the accident and me asking many questions about ways damages can be fixed, Joe completely flips, hands me incomplete estimate and starts screaming at me to get out of his shop. I'm a very nice guy and frankly I was stumbled and was speechless. Yes, I do ask many questions. I work with composite material and want to understand how things are fixed especially on my car. I was trying to resolve the situation for 20 minutes trying to understand what happened and apologized if I asked too many questions. I still don't understand why I apologized. Joe screamed that no customer tells him how to do things. Frankly I didn't. Not sure if he had some personal problems. I overheard that he complained about some pain in his arm due to a possible muscle tear. Maybe he was in pain. Maybe he had some not so good relationships with the person who referred me. I don't know. It's a mystery to me and it's a mystery to me what happened. I guess don't ask any questions. Basically he lost about $9,000 of services for him and the person who referred me from Autoglass.

My car loaner bill cost more than the auto body repair bill. These guys took so long and were so deceitful on the completion date. They are a Gieco shop, so if you have another insurance carrier, walk away. Not even happy with their work, extremely mediocre.
