Honesty: Transmission failed on the road. Tow was no charge. The transmission had to be rebuilt. The repair seemed long until I was told that there was an open in the computer wire harness which had to be located by checking each individual wire. (I verified the statement.) I took possession of the vehicle and drove about 70 miles when the transmission failed again. For whatever reason, the wire harness showed an open. I expected a fight to have the repair made good. Ehab, the mechanic who worked on my car, told me the policy is that Sals stands behind the work. Again they made the repair, which was completely successful. NB: For your question about treating women and men the same vis-a-vis repairs, you need a response, "Don't know".
