When they accidentally charged me for too many doohickeys to make the brakes stop screeching, they called to tell me they'd be reversing some of the $$$. They sure didn't have to do that!

Brian is the main man here and he always seems to know what to look for when you tell him the problem. He will also tell you when not to worry about something when it is not a problem that needs to be fixed right away (like rattles and funny noises). You pay premo prices but i found he's the only guy that will fix it when no one else can (even dealers).Everybody friendly and has a good crew. When mistakes are made (rare) he takes care of them immediately and makes sure your satisfied.

Bruce's has been very adept with my Chev SUV. Forget the pushy dealers, take your vehicle here.

Brian and his crew do a great job. We can easily schedule an appointment, and when we do they are always expecting us. The work is always done competently and almost always on time. When the work occasionally needs extra time, they will provide a loaner. Their prices are not the lowest, but the piece of mind is worth the premium price. A very professionally run garage!

Don’t waste your time and money, go someplace else and avoid the nickel and diming (couple hundred $$) at Bruce’s. After all who needs a fancy waiting room that only adds to the cost of your bill… and a snobby attitude on top of that?
