I have had both my personal and company vehicles serviced by Mike's Automotive Perfection. Everytime my vehicles have been repaired I have received them when promised. As a woman business owner, I appreciate Mike's honesty and professionalism, his shop is spotless. I highly recommend any person looking for an honest and professional auto repair shop to give Mike's Automotive Perfection a call.

I have a 1973 Olds & tried MANY repair shops (approx 6) & over $900 later, I still had the same prob I started with. I felt so vulnerable & taken advantage of. When I met Mike he found the prob the first time & fixed it & we have been going to him ever since (approx 4yrs) with no complaints. He even gave me a special price to try to ease the pain of how badly I had been treated by the others I had tried. I have referred my family & friends to him as a honest mechanic who gets the job done the first time. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed! Tammy

I had a 1991 Ford Explorer Sport with 200000+ miles. Mikes Automotive Perfection has worked on various things with this vehicle and always repaired it the first time and gave me options when I had to get several things done. I highly recommend this shop.

I found Mike's Automotive Perfection through this website about 10 years ago. At first, I was a bit put off by the name thinking that Perfection equals Dollars. Not so! Perfection equals a great job, well done, on time and with courtesy, professionalism and integrity. Over the years I've taken several vehicles of all ages to Mike and have never been disappointed with the results. He stands behind his work 100%. He runs a lean, clean shop and the mechanics who work with him are as passionate about doing a great job as Mike himself. I've recommended him to friends and colleagues, and I know that most have since become loyal customers. If you're still taking your vehicle to the dealer for regular services, stop, and take it to Mike instead. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. He always explains the work done and shows you the parts he replaced so you know what you're paying for and why. It doesn't matter how much you know or don't know about cars, Mike will always treat you fairly and with respect.

Mike and his colleagues have worked on my vehicles for over 15 years. They have been thorough, stand behind their work, and forecasts on time and costs. They maintain complete records, Mike can provide an entire history on auto repairs on my vehicles. He is trustworthy. When away from Reno, I've called him to consult on auto repairs I've had to do out-of-state.

As a guy who has done most of his own car repair work for many years, it is easy for me to assess competence and integrity of repair shops. I deliberately drive older vehicles to avoid having car payments. The tradeoff is that the older vehicles usually require more maintenance / repair attention that newer vehicles. I originally went to Mike because he was close to my work location. Now I take my vehicles all the way across town to Mike's shop because he has always done good work and never tried to sell me anything unnecessary.
