Used them for an oil change on my 2008 turbo PT Cruiser Convertible. With only 33K on the odometer, they returned a complementary inspection claiming I had failure of the fuel injection system, dirty power steering fluid and dirty automatic transmission fluid ... Over $800 worth of fixes and all while the car was still under original warranty. I expressed serious doubts since no problems were shown with inspections beforehand, nor afterward. Chapman stood by their comments which caused me to write the Chrysler CEO (Sergio Marchionne - I wanted to make sure their inspection wouldn't cause me service contract problems further down the road) as well as the NV Better Business Bureau. Mr. Marchionne's office responded hinting that they'd had similar problems with this dealer before and not to worry, it wouldn't effect my service contract. The NV BBB asked for Chapman to respond and they said, get this, "It sounds like his vehicle has a lot of problems." (I just had an identical inspection done at 90K miles and NOT ONE of the problems Chapman showed at 33K has reared its ugly head.) All the work Chapman ever did on my car (oil changes and a fix to some roll bar trim) has been complete and correct. Three out of four times they returned my car later than I promised.
