We have taken our 1993 Honda Accord Wagon EX and 2000 Honda Accord Sedan EX to this shop since they took over the business from our previous mechanic in 2009. We now have a 2013 Honda Civic EX that we will take there for maintenance and repairs. I have absolute confidence in their competence, knowledge and honesty. Several things stand out for me: 1: They keep good records of maintenance and repairs. On one occasion I scheduled a major procedure (replace timing belt and water pump) and Steve kindly reminded me that I had already had that procedure, on schedule, on this car (whoops!) 2. Steve is exceptionally helpful and good at answering my questions and explaining things. Although he keeps VERY busy running the business, dealing with customers, and supervising the technicians, he ALWAYS takes time to talk with me and explain what is going on. 3.If my car needs to be towed to get service, the shop provides FREE TOWING if you have the car serviced there. 4. They have honored service and battery warranties of the folks who previously ran the business in the space, even though I never expected that. 5. And, most important, for a small, independent shop, their restroom is CLEAN!
