I brought them the ultimate German lemon, my 2000 Winnebago Rialta RV. They do not have room to bring this hippo into a service bay or put it on a lift, but they worked on it for several hours trying to troubleshoot the variety of waterborne problems caused by VW and Winnebago's inability to design a vehicle that can withstand rain, sleet, and snow. Neither of the days they serviced my vehicle could have been called "nice," but they worked on it outdoors, on the ground, until they fixed it well enough we could escape Albuquerque. These guys are so much more competent than the local VW dealers that there is no valid comparison. Thanks Ric!
