I actually started taking my car to this shop because it is right around the corner from where I work and I can drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work. It turned out to be a good move. Tony (Mr. B) and Steve really treat me well. They always explain everything to me and never try to force me to get work done. If they see something, they tell me about it and may say something like, "You need to keep an eye on this" or "You'll need to get this taken care of in the near future." I eventually found out that Tony (Mr. B) lives across the street from my cousin Richie C (a very Polish last name that I can pronounce, but will not attempt to spell). Anyway, anybody who can live across the street from my cousin Richie HAS to be OK. Seriously, these are good guys and have always been honest with me. Being mechanically challenged, it's good to know I can take my cars there and not get taken for a ride. (God, that was as bad as one of your jokes...)

My headlight switch went out and they replaced it. When my wife picked it up the turn signals did not turn off or cancel. I call them and they said to bring it back and they would take a look at it. They called back and said it was fixed they had to reset the turn signal after replacing the switch. They did not charge me for this and did appologize for the mistake. I was very pleased.

I think I hit the Automotive Lottery. Mr. B's is outstanding. They serviced my car for the first time and treated me like I was a friend of the family. Since I've recently moved to the area and didn't have a ride home, he arranged that for me. They are the best, hands down. I've had many a mechanic in my life (including my dad) and he surpasses them all (sorry, Dad!)

Saw Mr. B's on the Car Talk website, and I decided to give it a shot. My 01 Ford Taurus broke an axle an a shredded tire & I had to have it towed to the shop. With knees quaking I went in prepared to be snowed. Steve was very nice and asked me what the problem was to which I tried to explain as best I could. Then the owner Anthony Brasberger came in and explained that they would look it over to see what was wrong and give me a good estimate. 2 hours later I was back on the road, and they even threw in a tire because I was riding on a donut, Anthony told me that was unsafe. Neat shop, good number of people coming in and out throughout my time there. I liked that they fixed the problem in a good amount of time, they didn't give me the usual speel about unessecary stuff that needed fixing on my car like .....sears... yeah i said it. Overall, it was a good experience an I will be going there to have my car serviced.

Mister B's inspected my 1998 Saab that had a coolant leak and I asked them to do an overall inspection for me before a road trip. They wrote down all the symptoms I said and even what I suspected, which auto shops have neglected before. They got back to me the same day with the information of how much work needed to be done. It was a laundry list of items that sadly wasn't very surprising to hear about. They gave me an honest opinion that my money would be better spent buying a new vehicle. They could have tried convincing me to get the $1000+ work done at the shop, but instead steered me in a better direction while only getting the roughly $30 for the inspection. I appreciated their honesty and would definitely go to them again.
