My partner and I brought a car (99 Chevy Prizm) we were considering buying in to Lou Toth to inspect and tell us whether he thought it was worth our trouble or not. I found Lou on the Mechan-X-Files and called him up (after ringing up several other places and being told they were too busy to even talk to me) and he was extremely nice and professional with me on the phone. We set up an appointment to bring the car in to be looked at and when we arrived a few days later, Lou took the time to talk to us about the car and was unlike any salesman/mechanic I had ever known or heard about - although he was a man of a few words, he took his job very seriously and was extremely enthusiastic and patient in answering our questions about the car. With Lou's suggestion, we bought the car that same day and although we live an hour away from Lou's shop, we would definitely bring our car back if ever we needed something servious done to our car.
