I work as a volenteer EMT/Fire Fighter and I need my vehicles to be in tip top shape so I can respond to calls. These two mechanics have always been straight foreword with me in automobile problems. There always willing to explain to you whats wrong, and there happy to see you when there out of the shop also

i have known bob for about ten years. Lately his work has been unsatisfactory. and when there have been mistakes made he is not very willing to do the right thing and fix it. he will try to find a way to charge you for his screw up. and then you will loose your car for another day. and he does not care how inconvenient this is for his costumers unless you are a hot chick of course. I will no longer be doing any business with this garage do to his the owners lack of customer service.however the technicians that work at the shop are very good. but if there are issue well sorry but your up sh@ts creek.
