Fran is the owner & mechanic, I have known him for 9 years now and he has worked on my 95 Subaru Imprezza, 92 Dodge Grand Caravan, 89 Dodge D50, 05 Dodge Sprinter, 99 GMC Sonoma, and 02 Volvo S60. Always great work, but I feel more importantly he always tells me like it is, he is human and if he does makes a mistake, (which can happen to anybody) he takes full responiblity for it.

My family has used Fran as our mechanic for ages. I regret that he is a far drive for me these days. He has done alignments for me and when I tried to pay, he refused! The work is usually done same-day or within a week, and is top-notch. If you have a Volvo or a Saab, he is the man to see. My last 240 sedan couldn't have agreed more!

Fran is a good, honest mechanic who tells us what service the car needs - and what it doesn't need! His prices are reasonable, and we always feel that we can trust him.

BUYERS BEWARE: I bought and Audi S4 from here and the first time I turned on the A/C is blew hot hair. Turns out it was a broken AC compressor. Ralph was very defensive and refuse to admit it was broken until I sent him a picture of it. His warranty stated he would cover 50% of the part, but repairs had to be done at his shop. I live 3+ hours from him so I explained how that is not possible for me and asked if there was anyway he could help me out? He told me he would think about it and get back to me, but flew me off for months. I finally got it touch and he basically told me there is nothing he can do. It gets better... I brought the car to a certified Audi shop, and they found a long list of issues with the car including the motor fans not being properly mounted!!! Ralph sold a lemon and doesn't even care to help out one of his customers in the slightest bit. All he could tell me was "sorry, my warranty is my warranty, I have to cover myself". Stay away from this place! I don't know how this guy sleeps at night running a business like this
