Always good work. Toyota specialists but they do work on other cars.

This shop is the number one reason that I will only buy Toyotas. Yes, Toyota is a reliable car, but Ron's seals the deal.

Ron was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fair. I needed work done on my car during a drive up to NH. I would absolutely go to them regularly if I lived in New Hampshire.

The guys at Ron's have always treated me very well. The first time I went in there, it was because I had gotten the "just-a-chick" run around from the Toyota dealership in Nashua. I told Ron that I needed an oil change, and that ever since getting a tune up at the dealer the engine has been knocking a little. That day they called me at the office to report that they had noticed a loose wire on one of the spark pulgs. Problem solved. An other time I went in there asking for new shocks because I didn't like the way the car was responding to bumps. Rather than replace the shocks, they took a look at it and installed new bushings. Less than $10. Jamie, who usually works the front desk has always been helpfull and takes the time to explain what is going on. My favorite mechanic ever.

Between myself, my wife, and my parents we've brought 6 cars to Ron's. We've been using them for over 10 years and I never bring my car to the dealership. Jammie runs the customer service and is outstanding. Very friendly and never rushes you. They are Toyota pros and now they have a Lexus tech on staff. I trust them so much now that I just drop my car off for it's 30/60/90k checks, and tell them to treat it as if it was their own. They do a tune up, replace what needs to be replaced and I get a fair deal. If there is a question, they call and say, "Part X looks like it will go in about 10k miles, do want us to replace it now, or would you like to wait?" Very upfront. The only thing I wish they did was supply a loaner car, open after 5, or be open on Saturdays. But, they do have a after hours drop off slot, so it works out ok. I hear they work on other cars too, but I only ever owned Toyotas, and with this kind of great local mechanic it's probably all I'll ever buy now. Over all it's the only place I ever bring my cars for anything beyond an oil change. Currently I own a Toyota 4runner 2000, and Lexus RX300 2001.

They are more than willing to open the shop early for you if you are waiting outside when they arrive. They also will shuttle you!
