I had a problem with my 08 Corolla that had 63k miles, the factory warranty was a 3/30. The shop diagnosed a problem with my computer and was fairly certain that the problem was covered by a warranty that extended to 60-70k miles. Without any prompting from me they called the local Toyota dealership, and spent several hours and phone calls never getting an answer as to its coverage. They gave up on them and tried another dealership found out it was covered and told me they would tow the car down there so they could get the work done. In the end their diagnosis was correct and the computer had gone bad, it was covered by the warranty, and all I paid was the shops diagnosis fee. I had no clue that this part was covered under this separate warranty and they could have easily said you need to replace your computer which will cost about $1000 all said and done and made the money off me instead they have a customer for life.

Beware of this business. They have very dishonest mechanics working for them (paticurlarly Mike Zimmer) - he will fix your car and tell you he is putting new/practically new parts in when in actuality he is using old rusted parts. You will get home to discover your car has leaked all over your garage. When your car won't "start right up" as promised, they will go back on their word and not make the situation right. Because of this particular employee, this business lacks integrity and I would advise others to go elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off.
