I have been doing business with Leon Watkins for sixteen years. He is also a AAA garage. I have NEVER been disappointed in workmanship, attitude, helpfulness, reliability or anything else. He stands behind his work and I feel completely confident that I will always have a vehicle -- important when one lives in the "boonies" and in an area with no public transportation. The "front desk" people are wonderful also -- personable, understanding and wonderful all around to do business with. I'm on my 4th Subaru in 16 years. I buy them new and put about 33,000 miles a year on them. I've had this '93 Loyale the longest -- 6 yrs. and it has 246,000 plus miles on it and is still going strong, thanks to Leon and his crew. They are all excellent!

The folks at Leon's have been servicing our two vehicles for just over two years now. The mechanics are friendly and courteous and are able go get work done in a short amount of time. Although their hourly labor costs are a bit high, the convenience and service they provide is top notch.

I like Leon's. Very nice people to deal with, pleasant atmosphere. (I'd had it with the rudeness of the service manager at the local Honda dealer, so I switched and am very glad I did!) Thanks to them and having a good car to start with (Honda Civic) I am able drive a reliable car well into the 200,000+ mile range. By the way, their specialty is Subarus.

This operation is THE BEST. I have bought many used cars from them over the past 15 years, and trust them without reservation to work on the cars. I've listed myself as "biased" because I regard them as friends as well as competent mechanics. I will continue to do business with them as long as (A) I live in the area and (B) they are in business.

I have had service done at Leon's on a number of different vehicles for the past 11 years. Without fail the problem(S) have been resolved, although not always on first try. When a return visit was neccessary it would be frequently at no charge for labor. Courteous, professional, honest and caring would describe all staff who follow the lead of Leon, the owner. By my own admission, I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I expect to be treated well and have always felt they have met or exceeded my expectations. AAA towing, sales, service, and body shop.

Not reviewing them as mechanics. Twice I went to their lot - these visits were several years apart but I spoke with the same used car man. I won't say I was lied to about the vehicles but they were most definitely misrepresented. One time I asked specifically if the car had ever been in an accident. The used car guy was emphatic that it had not - it was a one owner and they had done all the repairs on it. I rummaged through the glove box and found that the had indeed done all the repairs (all the receipts were in there) including extensive front end work after a collision. When I confronted him about this discrepancy, he was completely blasé about his major boo-boo (bald faced lie) as though I was making an issue over some ridiculously trivial matter such as the fragrance of the air freshener. Both visits he did become quite animated and engaged when trying to pitch used car repair insurance. Two strikes and they are out with me.
