I work in NH the summers and PA in the winter. I ask my old Dynasty to hold on during the winter with any problems she has because there is no competent or honest mechanic in North Eastern PA. I have limped in to NH several times with what I thought were "end of the road" problems and Doug Fenelon has always been able to diagnosis and fix for less than I had anticipated. Most recently. I had a fan problem (neither of the dual fan system turned on). I broke down in CT on my way and found a sainted mechanic who was willing to spend 3 hours with me and the wiring schematic. He knew that I had to move on and he still couldn't find the problem so he showed me how to bypass the fan relay with a little device that he constructed. I drove for about 3 weeks manually turning the fan on and off before I could get it to Fenelon's. I anticipated a computor replacement but he was able to find a bizarre connection between the back up lights and the fans. The replacement of a blown fuse did the trick.

Doug Fenelon is not only a first-rate mechanic, he's very personable, has a wry sense of humor, and even suffers fools with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He's as honest as they come, and he works on my volvos, toyota truck, and porsche. There are never any surprises with Doug.

Doug is right up-front and honest. I picked his brains with certain questions and realized he is the real deal. Very competent mechanic who can troubleshoot. Seems arrogant and egotistical, but being a Mechanical Engineer who works with other engineers, it did not bother me. There is a good reason for the arrogance and ego, he knows his stuff!! Thanks Doug and I will recommend you to anyone.

AES time standard is 1.7 hours, Doug the arrogant f-tard charged me 3 hours at $100/hr to change 2 rear rotors, pads and 1 caliper. It actually took less time than that because he called that the car was ready in 1.5 hours. Asked for a sticker and he did not inspect vehicle because of engine light (code 700 tranny) - Tranny was serviced, is Ok now, code just needs to be reset. He did not want to do this, said it wouldn’t pass because of light, but did not know reason. READ THE CODE MORON. All you have to do is call him and you’ll hear in his voice what a arrogant little SOB he is. I’m $516 poorer a week before Christmas because of this prick. Merry Christmas Doug! Merry Christmas.... prick!
