Always a great experience when these guys work on our cars. Completely fair, competent and reasonable.

Would rate a zero if I could. They replaced an ignition coil and spark plug on our vehicle, claimed all was well. My wife went to pick it up, paid for the service and went to leave. Her GMC was now far worse than when we brought it in. They wanted $138 more to diagnose the problem. I told them it was likely their defective coil they had just installed. Since it ran fine when it came in. It just had an intermittent misfire. They agreed and said they could use the coil I had purchased ahead of the service (they had not used this, they had ordered their own). So they proceeded to use my coil and determined it was the issue. So they warranty claimed their defective coil and put it in my front seat... and charged me for it! WHAT? You installed a defective part and did not tell us the car was running even worse now. Wife and son wasted a trip over and back. Then they proceed to use a part that I provided and then charge me for a part I do not need? Here is the kicker... they used exactly the same type of coil and charged me $130 for it. I purchased mine local for $75! Anyway they are not to be trusted! Do not take your car to Joe and Kim Auto in Derry. Oh and owner Joe said it is all paid for and nothing I can do. Here is what a good business would do. Fix it right the first time... and not charge me for a defective part. They should have returned their part and got a refund. They can't be trusted.
