I been coming in for years. Bill and Aaron are always there with a smile on there face. I have four vehichles and they always fix them right away. They are the only one that will touch them. The guys in the shop have been there for as long as I can Remember. IF I need a car for the day or two they will give me one of the loaner. (this helps out me out alot). They are great guys. Thanks for everything.

I live in Ames, IA, and when I need car work done I travel to the L street House of Mufflers and brakes. I have yet to have a part they put on go bad. I can't say the same for other places I have been to. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They like to build a relationship with you. They provide extremely good quality work. Every time you bring your car in even for an oil change, they give you an inspection. If there is something that they see is wrong or is gonna develop a problem, they will give you an estimate, time needed to complete, and the seriousness of the problem. Their prices are a lot cheaper then dealers and are competitive with any shop you will find. I drive the 180 miles, because I know the problem will get fixed, and I won't need to come back with the same problem unlike places in Ames or Shenandoah, Iowa.
