I have taken all my Hondas to Tom & Todd for the past 10 years. I have never been disappointed in their work. They give accurate estimates, honest evaluations and complete the work when promised. My '88 Accord has 127,000 miles on it, purrs like a kitten and starts every time. This winter, I had to have my car towed in, expecting to pay for a new starter (or god forbid something computerized). They found a loose connection and a bad battery cable. $20 later, the car was fixed. It cost me more than twice that to have it towed in.

Tom and the others at Exclusive are great. They specialize in Hondas, Acuras and do superb work. Not only do they take the time to explain problems and repairs, they also let me know if there is something I should watch that doesn't need to be fixed quite yet (i.e., boots, clutch, etc) I also know how long it will be before the car is ready, and most of the time they're done before the specified time. The waiting area is also great - very clean, nice mix of practical things (recent magazines, coffe, extremely clean rest rooms) and antiques and collectibles, especially those with a Honda twist, like a Honda scooter (No!, not the motorized kind-the kind you had as a kid and pushed with one foot) One reason I stick with Honda products is to keep my mechanic, and I am not alone!!

The waiting room is unbelievable for an auto repair. Coffee, napkins, telephones and it is spotlessly clean. The woman's restroom is spotless. I trust these men completely. They do not treat me as a "woman" but rather as if I too have a brain. Their work is excellent. They have taken very good care of our cars for many years. We do not take our Hondas to the dealer for service.

I find Todd, who is the front man, and also an excellent mechanic to be one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever encountered in the auto repair business! I seldom need an appointment--they have a luxurious and convenient waiting room and always seem to have time to keep an old guys 155K Accord afloat. As a former Porsche owner, until I'd had my fix and fill, I find this sort of service refreshing, reasonable and responsible. The owner, Tom Wolfe, is an outstanding and friendly mechanic if there ever was one.

We have been with Exclusive since 1978. My best experience with these pros was when our Accord was stalling out. They figured it was the fuel pump and replaced it. A while after we got it back it started doing it again. They asked if we wanted the old fuel pump reinstalled. When we said yes, they not only had the old pump there with our name on it, they also produced our original check. They hadn't cashed it! It turned out we had gotten some gas with water in it. They cleared up the problem and all was well.

If you own a Honda, this is the only place in the Omaha area you should take it to. They are an example of what good service and quality work should be. Their lot is always full. We had a drivers side mirror hit by a "too close car" and expected to replace it at a cost of $130 plus. Todd replaced the glass (glued it to the old housing) for $13.00. Can't say enough about this shop and the guys there. But if you think about it, who whouldn't be in a pleasant mood if all you had to work on were Hondas?
