I found this mechanic shop on your website. I referred them to my coworker to get her BMW brakes repaired. They did an awesome job for her and saved her a good sum of money, and corrected the issue she had. I then had to have my BMW serviced and took it to the local dealer (clock kept losing the time). The dealer told me that it was the battery and started to use scare tactics to get me to change the battery. I told the dealer not to replace the battery, and I called this shop and they gave me an appointment immediately. They got me in, tested the battery and recommended that I should get the battery changed soon since it was 4 years old. I had them change the battery and also look at my active response sway bar that the dealer told me was leaking and needed to be replaced. My car only has 33,500 miles on it, and for the sway bar to be leaking like that, it did not sound right to me. This mechanic looked at the sway bar at no charge, and showed it to me. They told me that all of the BMW's leak a little like this, and it is not worth spending the money until it starts to leave a puddle of oil. They said there was nothing wrong with the sway bar, and that they did not recommend changing it until it starts to really leak. They showed me my engine cover and it was dry proving that there was no leak. This alone saved me $2500.00. I will take my car to this mechanic and have the work done there from now on. This shop has 3 BMW master technicians that do the repairs. You are in good hands at this shop. They will also tow your car for free if it breaks down if you are a customer of theirs. That is good customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

I had my 2010 Mini Cooper towed to them from Virginia based on recommendations from acquaintances. I was very impressed with the urgency in which they operate and friendliness of all the staff. The engine was destroyed by a broken rocker arm and I ended up selling the car for salvage. If I get enough nerve to by another Mini, it'll definitely be going to Motorsports Connection for all its service.
