T&T (Conrad) has been very straight-forward and thorough in my dealings with him. They haven't performed any additional work without approval. This shop really puts on emphasis on the customer, knowing that we keep the doors open.

I lived in Wilmington with my Toyota Celica for 11 years. A friend recommended T&T, and I quickly learned why. They had great rates and were extremely honest. Countless examples; recommended to a friend who thought he needed a new clutch, and he told them that. He got a call later that day to hear he did not need a new clutch, just an adjustment. They said it was a simple task, so no charge. When's that last time you heard that from a mechanic? I now live in Raleigh and drive a Lexus. If I can make it, especially for major issues, I drive the 120 miles just to go to T&T.

My truck is somewhat like my dog...It likes to ride on a truck. The tow truck driver does not even ask where we are going...his GPS is already programmed to T&T.

Stands behind his work. Tells you when he can't diagnose the problem. Extremely conscientious and honest. No hassle refunds when work is unsatisfactory.
