My daughter took out a mailbox with the right side of my Mercedes-Benz. The car is 13 years old and needed additional work. Mike at Auto Arts appreciates cars and was willing look at the needs of the whole vehicle. Unlike other shops that started out by documenting what they would not fix, Mike talked about how to fix the new damage with insurance money and most economically fix the rest of the car. The whole experience is characterized by his quote when I picked up the car, “We had to take the front bumper off to put on the new fender, so we ran it through the paint shop while we were at it.” This is the type of partnership you want on car repairs.
