Woody is always willing to help you. If I (female) am going on a weekend trip and would like something looked at, he makes sure he'll look at it before I get on the road. He honestly doesn't want anything to happen to you. One time he was looking at something with the hood up, and I thought I might as well check the oil. He insisted that he would do it and then charged me just the price of the oil. The other item he did for free. I have a brake light that seems to go out just around inspection time. People will tell me about it, and I'll wait til I get my inspection because Woody will only charge you the actual cost of the bulb. He's terrific!

I bought my Honda Civic from a locator service and it was delivered in the middle of the night. First thing the next morning, I start it up for my first drive and see the Check Engine light on. Woody hooked it up to the computer and it read that the temp sensor was faulty. He checked with Honda, and they didn't even stock the part--they never go bad. Woody himself had never replaced one either. He cleared the light, told me to come back if it turns on again, and didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic test.
