I learned of this garage through my daughter, who has been a loyal customer for nine years. They have several mechanics and a body shop person. I've owned a Nissan and a Chevrolet, and both cars have always been serviced there - I absolutely will not take them anywhere else, unless I break down out of town. And, oh by the way, I am female and do know some about the mechanics of cars. It is very refreshing knowing that I have found truly honest mechanics. Cannot say enough good about these guys! Thanks! Sharon Love your show!!!

Truck was left at shop on 3-1-13 to get work done and sat there till 8-9-13.Only 1/8 of the work was completed even after the money was paid in advance. Paid $1000 to get carburetor rebuilt and steering box fixed. None of the work was performed until 6-10-13 after numerous calls and trips to shop were made and he was told i would just pick the truck up and refund the money. At that point the truck was given a tuneup, he fixed 2 pieces of moulding, new brakes and replaced both mufflers. Then was given an additional $1000 to order $800 worth of parts that were never ordered. As of 8-18-13 the truck has been picked up, he says he has been waiting on a part for a month and a half but no evidence of any of the other parts at his shop. He was asked for a month for a bill of services rendered and for a refund of the money for services never completed and for parts he never ordered. He has told lie after lie, wont answer phone calls and keeps procrastinating. He has told me on 2 occasions a day and time to meet him to get the bill and has told me he will refund the money but he put me of till the next day and then he wasnt there and the shop was closed. From 3-1-13 till 8-18-13 i have gotten a tune up, brakes, 2 mufflers and 2 pieces of moulding clipped back on for $2000.. so i picked the truck up after he had it for 6 months with no bill and no refund of the services he never attempted to do. I have no problem paying for what was done but i have never in my life had someone lie, make excuses, and take advantage of a paying customer like Joel has.
