Very nice guy. I had a transmission problem and although it was outside his area of expertise he was more than happy to recommend other shops that could help.

A smaller shop with personalized service.

George has worked on my wifes 81 CRX and my son's 90 Lumina. Automobile work is always expensive. His fees and competetive. Very personable. When I'm talking to George, I have his complete attention. He explains everything to me and let's me in the shop to show me when necessary. He also tells me the things that I can do myself. I'll keep taking cars to him for the things that he works on. He doesn't do everything, but what he does he does well.

My Blazer won't start !!! A call to Pinnacle Automotive followed a call to the dealer. Pinnacle's quoted price was slightly more than half of the dealer's price (shhhh, don't tell them !!!). He was willing to discuss the symptoms and diagnosis over the phone, rather than having me bring it in first. He recommended a good company that would tow the poor old vehicle in, and was excellent in the phone follow-up to ensue I understood the work, and to arrange pickup and payment. Thanks, George.

George, the owner and ASE master technician, is friendly and professional. He treats all of his customers well, male or female. His shop is immaculate and organized. He pays attention to your car, letting you know what you will need done, before it needs attention and without pressure to do it immediately. His service includes little things like cleaning all your windows, vacuuming, and also a tire air check (of course, no extra charge). It's almost disarming, how nice his service is! Need I say more? Oh yes, his prices are reasonable. If you need a mechanic for your Acura or Honda, seek out George! You will not be disapointed!

love George. He is many miles out of the way for me, but worth it take my car somewhere I trust. And I have never seen such a clean shop in my life.

Oh man, George is awesome. It is actually depressing that I've moved out of town and sold my Honda, because George gave the most reliable and sound advice and work. He's excellent with hard to solve problems and troubleshooting. He's solved issues with my Accord, my cousin's Civics (2 of them), my uncle's Accord, my dad's Accord, and my other cousin's CRV. Needless to say, most of my family members love his shop as well. Time and again, this shop personifies honesty and integrity. Thanks!

George IS the Man!!! This guy is as honest as the day is long. He worked on my Avalon for an entire day trying to diagnose a check engine light and never charged me because "he didn't fix anything"! At that point he suggested I take it to the dealer. I wish there were more people who took this kind of pride in their chosen trade and treated people fairly.

George is honest and highly competent. He has been servicing all my cars for 5 years now. A few years ago, our out-of-warrenty Accord had a transmission problem. George told us that Honda was extending the warrentees for transmissions on well maintained cars for our model year. At his urging, we pressed our local dealership on this and got them to make the repairs at no cost.
