Good shop, work hard to treat customers right.

- Their second estimate was a lot higher than their first estimate. It was still reasonable compared to what the dealer was going to charge. - The repair was done properly. - Overall, good experience. It seems they know what they are doing when it comes to European cars.

Pirate auto used to be a good shop, they are now theives. They have fixed a problem only for it to return a month later. Hvac system took 5 trips to the shop. They tried to charge me for a new transmission for a twenty dollar replacement part. Fixed a fuel leak, only to develop a new fuel leak which led to being charged to drop the transmission. Now a 50.00 dollar part has become 600.00 dollar repair. Do not use this shop, unless you would like to have multiple repairs done for the same thing.
