These guys really bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need to fix your car. They even recommend other shops if they can't take care of the problem (which they will admit without too much hesitation). Their pricing is a little high, I suppose, $40/hr.

These guys are GTI friendly! If you have a 16v VW... this is your Shop! They were quick not only to identify my model year and make, but my ignition problem, oil seal leak and shot shocks. I definitly reccomend them!

These guys (and gal) are really great. I have full confidence when I go in there that they have my best interest in mind--and that's a relief. They're friendly and they take the time to explain everything really well. They give a binding quote before doing any work. Taking your car here does not add more stress to car problems. Definitely recommended.

After Jiffy Lube screwed up my car (don't even ask), these guys helped me argue with Jiffy Lube about it, and talked to endless insurance adjustors. When Jiffy Lube stiffed me and refused to accept responsibility, Passport Motors decided not to charge me for any of the work that they did, since they felt so bad. Consequently, I love them!

Small shop, excellent service, honest, reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and will explain anything to you that you need help with and don't understand. Most customers are long-standing ones, many grad students and professors. Never make any promises that they can't keep and will always try to find more inexpensive way to do a repair as a way to help people. Very woman-friendly shop and nice family (lots of kid's artwork and pictures on the wall) feel. They are hilarious; much funnier than Tom and Ray and better- looking and been friends for 11 years. A friend called Jim "the sexy, Zen mechanic." Always patient and helpful.
