These guys are THE best. I have a Mercedes E320 with 250K miles that they have been servicing since I discovered them. They FIX things, as opposed to replacing. My first experience with them was when the Check Engine light came on. All mechanics I consulted (including the Mercedes dealership) diagnosed the same problem and said the heads would have to be replaced ($$$$). It is a design flaw in early 2000's E320's. Better Wrench has researched the problem and found a way to drill holes in the heads at strategic positions to allow access to FIX the problem. Saving me about $8000. It has run flawlessly for the following 50K miles. Today, I had a transmission problem after spilling a Coke into the shifting mechanism. I called them, they fitted me into their busy schedule, diagnosed the problem, gave me a loaner, and will probably have me back on the road (in my own car) later this afternoon. The ONLY problem is that they only service Mercedes and BMW's, so I will have to continue buy expensive, overpriced German vehicles. Saervice at A Better Wrench is worth it, so I will bite the bullet and continue to use them FOREVER.

ABW is always prompt, friendly, professional and well-priced. They're the best for my 1985 Mercedes!
