The people who work here seem very happy to be there which reinforces my belief that it is a good garage with competent people. The garage was very CLEAN, the waiting area was above normal (actually VERY NICE), I was spoken to as an equal and not called "honey" like at other places. (one thing that drives me completely crazy!) Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, extremely professional and went out of their way to be accomodating to my car needs. They even went so far as to arrange for a tow truck for me and made sure the tow truck driver knew I have AAA (who paid for the tow). They garage called promptly to tell me of my car's problems and gave an estimate of cost before any work was done. In a world where it is difficult for anyone, especially a women, to trust a mechanic, I would recommend this garage to anyone who has an Acura or a Honda as a very competent and honest mechanic!!

The ONLY place to take your Honda in Asheville. I am always treated well and given any and all the information that I want about the repairs needed and performed.

I took my 93 Honda Civic (great car!) to have my shocks/struts replaced because my husband thought they might be going bad. They called to say they were fine and didn't need to be replaced but the air pressure in my tires was high so the ride might have felt rough. Charged me nothing! Incredible! They've done a good job on the other couple of repairs I needed too.

These guys were great. They informed me that the dying transmission in our 2001 HONDA ODYSSEY van was under a "silent recall", which meant that HONDA CORP had a high failure rate but would not seek out owners for inspections/replacements. These guys could have replaced the transmission at their shop and made a bundle, however they printed a recall page from the HONDA tech site and sent us to the local dealer. It wasn't until we displayed the printed page that the service manager admitted any knowledge of the problem. The local dealership did replace the trans. free of charge. Thanks to Honda/Acura service and their honesty we saved $2000 plus dollars. We will continue to use these guys for HONDA repairs.

Shop works on Honda and Acura vehicles. Have been using this shop for about nine years for routine service and repairs on Accords ('96 and '04) and '05 Odyssey. Fred and Denise are straightforward, and know everything about a Honda. They have pulled up service bulletins when items might be covered under an unadvertised extended warranty and sent me to a dealer saving me a considerable sum. They are very good at identifying a problem and correcting it.

My wife and I have been using Import Concepts for our Hondas since we moved to Asheville in 1997. They have always given us great service at a reasonable price. And they're easy to work with. 5 STARS!
