I had a dead alternator when I went to this repair shop. Even though I was a first time customer, they treated like I was a long-time client and worked me in that day. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the waiting area. Clean floors, no cigarette smoke, stains or odor. Everything was neat and orderly. The back area, where the work is done is the same way. No grease soaked floors or dingy areas. Everything is well lighted and efficient. The staff was very friendly. They acted like they wanted my business not the other way around. I was over a barrel with my truck. I needed a new alternator. I knew the price of a new one; so, I guesstimated the price for them to do the repair. Imagine my pleasent surprise when the final bill was within a few dollars of my guesstimate. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
