They told me 3 different prices. Broke something that shouldn't have touched. Lied to us! I will never go back.

My car has been in that shop many times....all because they didn't do the job right the first time. First and foremost problem, they were paid to fix/replace my air conditioning unit in my Focus (37,000 miles) in spring of 2012. The fix lasted about a month. I took my car back 3 more times. I was consistently told that the air was cooling...eventually. It would get cool about an hour after start, and then only marginally. Last time I took it back was Fall of 2012. The could not diagnose or fix because their tool was out for repair...would call me when it was received. Of course I never heard back from them In the time that may air actually worked, I referred two of my friends to Absolute. All of us left with no money and no working air. I feel bad for me, but worse for my friends because they went to Absolute on my recommendation. Bottom line, I wish them a quick bankruptcy. I'll be cursing them as I sweat in my car, because I do not have the money to have the repairs made by a reputable company....which they are not.
