These guys are the best. They have kept me safe for over 15 years. I have a 1996 Hyundai Elantra, 115,000 miles, that runs like new, thanks to their ministrations.

When we first to moved to Columbia we chose Schilbys because that is where my husbands employer took their work trucks and personal vehicles. We never went anywhere else. They are honest, reliable, and we have never felt taken advantage of. I often recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I'm sad to say the Schilby's of 15 years ago is NOT the Schilby's of today (what is right?). The customer service has been going downhill for about the last 5 years to the point where I dread even going to talk to them. My most recent experience was a failed tire (put on a few months before) that they refused to replace under warranty. I was driving on the highway with my children in the car and had a sidewall blowout on one of the front tires (thankfully, no one was injured). It was getting dark and I had no way to change the tire, so I had to leave it overnight and came back in the morning to change the tire and take it in for replacement. When I showed the tire to the guys at Schilby's, They were not helpful at all. They showed me the wrinkled spot where the car sat on the flat tire overnight in freezing conditions and blamed me for hitting something. I do not appreciate being blamed for an obvious tire malfunction, lied to and cheated out of a replacement tire. If this is the way they run their business now, I will take my business elsewhere. If there are no problems with your service, they will treat you right. If you have a problem, however, you are on your own. I believe that their success in the past has given them an inflated ego and the desire to actually help their customers has been replaced by the shady dollar driven mentality that most 'fly by night' businesses use. You can have a good experience at even the worst places if there are no problems. It's when there are problems that you find out who is honest and reputable and Schilby's no longer fits that bill for me. Use at your own risk.
