About 100,000 miles ago, when my Honda Accord only had 134,000 miles on it, my clutch started going out. (Hey, no comments! I bought this car from a woman who used to pull a trailer with it every weekend.) A single parent, I was concerned about the cost of replacement. Rick (yeah, there really *is* a Rick) told me there was no reason to get it fixed right away - it had months of life left in it yet. He gave me some driving tips for making it last as long as possible, and I got another 54,000 miles out of it. By the time I *really* needed a clutch, I had the funds to do the repair. I love these guys.

Rick started out in a small one or two car garage in the back of a car parts building years ago. He now has a modern multi-car garage (maybe 8 - 10 or so). They are thorough; to a fault some say. Some people complain they try to upsell repairs bit I say they just make you aware of problems you may not know you had. You don't have to do the work, right? When I call them about a problem, even if it's been a year or so since I last saw them, they know who I am and what I drive. That's service. EXTREMELY clean shop and friendly employees. Warranty, and do they respond when they screw up - I don't know - never had that problem. Never asked about a warranty but I know they would stand behind their work and make it right. Price reasonable - again I don't really know, but I do know I trust them more than a dealer.

Customers beware!!!! This may have been a reputable shop at one time (under previous owner), but not anymore. Now they lure you in with cheap oil change deals and then rip you off by inventing mechanical problems that don't actually exist and charging you dearly to do the unnecessary repairs. Recently had a friend who brought his Subaru Outback to Ricks for a simple oil change. They claimed he needed all new shocks (after only 70K miles). Fortunately he had the good sense to get a second opinion at a reputable shop. Turns out his shocks were just fine - completely dry and no evidence leakage or wear.
