We just like doing business with Perry Noland and his staff. And it would appear many others do also, as they are always busy. They do not have loaners but they will drive us home and pick us up when the car is ready. Very good telephone manners and answer promptly. Although they do not specialize in any one category, they have done some major repairs in the past for us...on a 1987 Cadillac, which has been replaced with a 1998, and I do prefer to have them do the regular maintenance on the newer car, as the dealership does get very costly. I have waited for my car in their waiting room more than once and notice I am treated the same as the men that bring their cars there. Of course, they do have many female customers and we are all treated with respect and courtesy. They use only high quality parts and TBA...tires, battery, accesorries. Or re-conditioned if necessary. Thanks for this opportunity to speak about a local business.

Roseville Auto Repair has been really good to me. A young guy who is new to the area I found these guys really explained what they were doing. They also treated me like all the rest of the customers. Even though I drive an old 1991 buick.

I really like this place. If Perry, Daniel and Randy weren't around my 1990 dodge caravan would have died long ago. There are numerous stations closer to my home but I trust these guys to do a good job. Perhaps the best recommendation was from my former mechanic when his shop was closing. You won't be sorry if you take your vehicle here.

When I arrived in the Twin Cities from Alaska I knew no one. I had been having problems my entire trip with the electrical. At dusk, my Explorer called it quits and shut down my entire lighting. I looked in the yellow pages and saw their ad. They closed in 5 minutes but I was 15 minutes away at a minimum. They said to come in immediately and they would help me. They kept the shop open late for a complete stranger, corrected the malfunction, and I was able to drive home safely and confidently. Knowing I was in a pinch, new to the city, and an after-hour emergency case, they still charged me a more than fair price. I have never forgotten their kindness! Since then, they have worked on my Explorer, our Bronco, my newer Mazda, and every vehicle of every friend or acquaintence we can refer to them. They are more than fair to their customers and employees alike. They have offered payment plans for repairs to people who have lost their jobs. "Recently" I ordered a part for my Mazda's rear latch. Two years later I remembered I had paid in advance for the special part and never picked it up. I called them and before 5 minutes were up they had the part in hand and told me it was ready for me. Imagine!!! A company honest enough to store a $15 pre-paid part for 2 years and have it at their fingertips when called out of the blue!!! They didn't resell it, they didn't lose it, nothing! One more thing ... on my first visit to Roseville Auto an employee came in while I was waiting for my electrical system to be repaired. He thanked the owner for paying his wages while he was out with major medical problems. What kind of Mom & Pop business still cares that much for people? I have since moved to the opposite corner of the Metro Area from Roseville Auto. I still drive clear across the Metro to support their business while I'm referring everyone I can to their honest, wonderful company! Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to rave about the best business in the Twin Cities! Roseville Auto!

I'm not sure of the labor cost per hour; I just know I've never been overcharged or treated badly in any way. I was a customer of Perry's predecessor in the same location. He, Butch, was a very skilled and honest mechanic...and he handpicked Perry as his successor. Thanks to a referral from some friends over 20 years ago, I have been a very grateful, very satisfied customer. Perry, Digger and Randy make up the perfect team for skilled, reliable honest service. I'm "biased," because I am so pleased with the consistent quality of both their work and their work ethic. They have patiently and graciously worked on a couple of aging, decrepit cars for me,(helping me out repeatedly on very short notice), so now they get to work on my new(2008)one. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else. It is a blessing to have them in the neighborhood.

Good first experience with this shop today. Dropped my car off at noon and they fixed my flat tire over the lunch hour. Fair price, good explanation of repair, and very fast service. I recommend this shop.

Perry and Digger do great work and are very friendly. It may not be a good sign that they know me by name, but both of our cars have over 175,000 miles on them and they keep them going. I needed a new CV joint boot on my Honda CRV and they replaced the shaft as well because it was the most economical thing to do. There was a vibration at about 18 mph after that, so they replaced the other side as well, which made it twice as bad instead of better. It turned out that the after-market shafts were not properly designed, so they then replaced both them with Honda parts and they then worked perfectly and did not charge me for all the hours they spent getting it right. But they were determined to get it right, which is why they are our go-to mechanics and have gone to them for years now and will continue to do so.
