I have been working with Bill for 15 years. Not once have I ever felt like I was treated unfairly. I cannot recall a time when my vehicle was not fixed on-time.

A national tire chain tried twice, charged twice, but they couldn't figure out why my Nissan Maxima stalled when it rained. I heard about Tonka. The owner listened, went into his shop, came back out with a spray bottle, sprayed the engine with water, discovered the wire that was short circuiting and charged me $10 + part to replace the wire. Whole thing took 20 minutes (not including joke telling time). I've taken our Maxima, Mazdas, Yaris, Honda, Dodge Caravan, Altima to him ever since.

We love these guys. They are the Click and Clack of the west metro. You can trust them to know what to do, how to do it, and how to make a joke about it. We've been going to them for 24 years - ever since we moved to Plymouth. Bill and Jake make needing a car repair not just painless but fun!
