Replaced a tire that blew when they were test driving the car. When they couldn't find a fuel odor source they didn't charge. (I never did find out from anyone where it came from.) The are always polite and never have talked down to my wife.

Took our 2011 Odyssey in for an oil change. They put the wrong oil (5w-20 instead of 0w-20) oil in, despite the fact that the correct weight is printed on the oil cap. Noticed on the invoice when I got home and called back. The manager said they probably just wrote it down wrong but he'd be willing to repeat the change (at no charge) if I wanted. He then called back in a few minutes to say that they didn't even carry that oil, and would have to special order it with a $70 price increase! Said 'No thanks' and took it to the dealer. Got the oil changed for $30.
